Terms of Service for EAGA COMPANY, LLC

Terms and Conditions for Working with EAGA Company, LLC in Real Estate and Development:

By engaging in any form of business relationship, including but not limited to consulting, contracting, or any collaborative work, with EAGA Company, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

They are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local regulations. Any agreements with independent contractors will be governed by separate contracts.

Change Orders Require Written Approvals: Any changes in the scope of work must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties. Adjustments to timelines, deliverables, or costs resulting from approved changes will be reflected in updated contracts or work orders.

Estimating and Budgeting: Estimates and cost budgets provided by EAGA Company, LLC are based on the information available at the time of the proposal. Actual costs may vary based on unforeseen circumstances or changes in project requirements. Any significant deviations will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

By proceeding with any collaboration or service provision with EAGA Company, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. EAGA Company, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of the business relationship.
